Hey guys hope you can help me out here, I'm having a few problems with my sr20 build and I'm a little stumped. Here are my specs:
Red top sr20
Hks actuator
Garret t28 turbo @12psi
New 550cc injectors purchased from circuit sport
Wideband and AFR guage
adj fpr currently set to 3 bar
Brand new z32 maf
Fresh tune from Jason Diekman aka Ecu tuner Guy

Here is my problem. Upon start up my car is stumbling. Has no power and reads 10 on my AFR, which is super rich. I thought it was a maf problem so I purchased a new maf and I ohm tested the signal and ground to the ecu from the MAF connector. Wiring tested good. Also source voltage read 11.75v. MAF voltage read 10.75v.

Before this problem arose I set my boost to 12 psi and stock 370cc injectors. FPR set to 70psi. Didn't drive it much because I knew I needed a maf, injectors and tune. Car ran fine to 5500 rpm then it would go above 15 AFR. Bought my injectors. Wired up a used MAF. Sent my ecu out for the flash. Car has been sitting until my ecu came in. I plugged it in, hooked my battery up and started it. I then set the fpr to 3 bar (43.5psi). I've had this problem ever since. I talked with the tuner and he said he tested it on a engine simulator so he knows the ecu was good prior to shipping. Not sure if I believe it, but that's what I was told. So ill assume that's true.
So my question is what do I do next? I'm going to pull codes in a bit and post them here, but hopefully someone can help. Thanks in advanced guys.

I have one if Jason's tunes and he had been great in helping me troubleshoot in the past. I've gotten different retunes and stuff from him too and I trust he knows his stuff

That being said, are you getting any Ecu codes at all? If You can't confirm it was running perfect before the tune. It's likely something else is the underlying problem.

I trust the tune. I cannot verify it ran good before. New mods include: Jason's tune, 550cc injectors and the z32 Maf. I've tested my maf wiring.
Maf sensor is wired as follows:
A=/
B=ECU signal
C=ECU ground
D=chassis ground to battery
E=Source voltage
F=/

With the car idling(keep it running if you have to) unplug the maf. Does the idle smooth out? Can you get it to idle steady under no load, basically have it run in limp mode.

It also sounds a lot like a boost leak or something. With it being that rich at idle something is amiss

No boost leaks. We were able to fix the problem. Had a harness issue.

Yay. Good to hear. What in the harness was needing repair? Just so we can help future searchers find the answer if they experience a similar issue

Hook the body ground up to the ground that goes to the original MAF ground wire (both z32 ground wires to stock ground) I had mine wired like yours and it ran rich and like shit, first unplug your MAF and see if it runs better before combining those! This is what mine needed now it runs awesome!
