Heres the deal with this fan.
I've had it on my car for a total of about 6 months. I had a problem about a month after I put it on. The fan motor seized up on me. I called to get a new one and the FAL rep said that the motors that came with this fan from the factory, some were faulty, and they sent me an (i guess?) updated version of the motor (it's definitely not the same motor, just looking at it visually), and I haven't had any problems since. I think I still have the motor, I can include it by request (as long as i still have it).
The unit, I actually have is the FLX-150:

However, trying to troubleshoot when the fan stopped spinning, I decided to bypass the thermostat relay and used a normal Radio Shack 12V relay, so it's on all the time with the car now, making it basically the exact same as the FLX-155:

So, in summary, it's just a used version of the FLX-155. Still 2800CFM, only difference between the 150 and the 155 is the thermostatic relay (you can even use a generic relay with it still, not included). I have the schematic for the relay (will be included), and I can include the old motor and old thermostatic relay if requested. I will even include the original receipt.
It cost me $200 plus tax new.
It fits perfect on a Koyo radiator. Should fit the same on pretty much any higher performance radiator, but you will have to get creative on a stock radiator. Just because stock has a smaller surface area.
I'd like to get $100 shipped for it.
