My vehicle is hood less and bumper less and I left it outside the other night and a shower came through and cleaned her up for me. Well I go to start the car (after changing the timing chain tensioner) and it starts..I let it run for like 3 or 4 seconds and it's running rough so I turn it off. I then go to start it again and it just clicks and I lose all power; I'm talking all electronics, gauges, lights, even the clock, there is absolutely no power. My vehicle has a relocated battery to the hatch and it has a inline 100 amp fuse block under the hood that is connected to the power cable of the battery, I have blown that fuse about 3 times in the past 6 months when trying to start the car, once I replace the fuse it works fine. I figured that was the issue so I checked it out and the fuse was fine but had some corrosion, so I went ahead and replaced it anyways. That did the trick for about 2 seconds, I turned the key to "accessories" and the lights worked, then when I went to start the vehicle it just clicked and I lost all power. Since then I haven't had any power what so ever.

I noticed that the fuse block seemed like it got corrosion from the rain so I went and bought a new one and replaced it w/a new fuse, Nothing. So I decided to try and jump the battery, Nothing. I checked the 75a fuse under the hood, it's fine. I'm going to check the battery tonight when I get home and I bought a testing light and plan to check out the battery, the fuse block, and some other things.

Does anyone have any ideas what so ever as to what else the issue could be? Could water have gotten on the wire harness for the chassis or motor and burned it up? Could the power cable be bad? Could water of gotten into the fuse box (it was sealed) and cause a short? I'm sort of a newb at working on vehicles so I am needing some help on figuring this out.

Thanks

Google this place called a auto shop. What your dealing with could be more then a simple loose wire

what kind of click? like a starter being stuck open kind of click? if the starter is stuck open, it would drain the power like that
