Left turn signal stays lit with the headlights :(

So I just got my 1990 240 hatch and noticed that the left turn signal turns on and stays lit when you flip the headlights on... I'm new to all this wiring stuff and could really use some help. My dome light also doesn't work :(

dome light. check fuse, then replace bulb.

turn signal. when you say "it turns on and stays lit" you mean it starts blinking as soon as you flip the headlights on?

The dome light fuse is still good and the bulb is new.

My left turn signal seems to be connected to my parking lights as well.. Whenever I turn left with the lights off, the cluster lights blink as well as my climate control
