Pbm steering rack bushings install

So i couldnt find any post on here about installing the Pbm eccentric steering rack bushing. So it seemed like a very easy install but im having a hard time bolting the mounting brackets. I got the passenger side down well but the driver side is alil odd so im not sure if im positioning the bushings the right way cause when i put the bracket on i cant get the bolt to thread in. Anyone who did this install any help would be great please & thanks in advance.

When I did my ES bushings, I had to hand thread all the bolts on and then tighten everything up. I couldnt tighten one side and then move to the other. I had to have everything threaded, and then torqued them all to spec.

ES bushing is different than the Pbm bushings tho. & I tried that, its just that driver side bushing thats a pita
