short story for those that dont like to read: i will be ordering all of my wheels through xtreme wheel brokers now.


longer version:

Was recently looking for a new set of wheels for my r32 sedan and decided on work xt7's. So i made a thread in the want to buy section looking for a set and was contracted by Xtreme wheel brokers to say they had a set in stock. After a few PM's back and forth (always answering back extremely quickly) decided to give them a try since its not who i usually buy parts/wheels through.

took me a couple days to decide for sure on what i wanted and unfortunately before i could order a pair sold to another person, but they let me know before i placed the order that two would be coming from japan but the other two were available to ship immediately. I told them that was fine and finished placing the order.

everything went smoothly, they shipped out the pair that was in stock right away even sent me a text with my tracking info for the order. i will update this once the pair comes in from japan but as of now i don't see there being any problem and their customer service has been great so even if something happens in shipping i have complete confidence they would immediately take care of it.

pricing and selection seems to be some of the best of any of the vendors on here, and customer service has been amazing. couldnt ask for anything more

They've contacted me in the past as well. I was a bit suspect but after this post I feel a bit less apprehensive.

To be honest I was a little hesitant As I always am with newer vendors but after a few messages I felt pretty confident and now that its completed I would say its one of the easiest and best transactions I have done in a while.
Unlike another vendor who shall remain anonymous until I see how they take of my current situation where they charged my card for my coil overs but now have no record of the order

You should expose shitty vendors. It's a warning for future buyers and a heads up to the vendor to not be a piece of shit.

They will be exposed if this is not taking care of right away but I'm not going to bash someone over something that could be a simple mistake. Which I understand happens as long as it fixed the way it should be

We appreciate the reviews very much. We are a newer vendor on here so this helps out a lot. We try our very hardest to always respond to a customer even if it's not always the best news. We believe communication is key and we will do whatever it takes to earn your business.

Shipping can be a big pain in the but sometimes with shipping overseas. But we still do our best to keep you updated and let you know when your product should arrive.

Yesterday i received my other two wheels i was waiting on that had to be shipped from japan, and like receiving my first two wheels customer service was amazing. once they were in the country and they shipped to me i got a pm with my tracking info and another pm after they had been delivered to make sure i had receive them. its nice to see a company who doesnt just forget about you after they have been paid, but are clearly committed to making sure their customers are happy.

im having some problems with photo bucket right now but i will post some pictures up a little later
