Please speak more clearly and you will be more prone to getting replies faster.
Now, are you saying that all of the lights on your gauge cluster are operating properly except for your e brake notification light? I apologize if this is completely off but it is the best sense I can make out of your post.

Cluster lights and tailights not working both problems started at the same time
like the little light bulbs in the cluster? ebrake light? check engine light? backlight? battery light? speedo needle light? oil-pressure light? cruse control light?
do you have light bulbs?

jonasr20 is your car slammed? could be your harness rubbing on the front wheel.

If tail light and cluster light are not working, you have a blown 10a fuse in the kick panel. Both lights are tied to the same wiring.

More info needed.
What cluster lights aren't working, every one of them? If you turn the key to Switched/Acc do the warning lamps turn on? Is it just the lights that illuminate the cluster? Does the cluster function correctly? (i.e. speedo, tach)
Brake lights:
First option, are the bulbs burnt out? Second. Get a multimeter and check for power when the brakes are applied (You will need a friend to help out).
If no voltage hits the wires when brakes are applied, assume brake light switch.
Like fliprayzin said, check fuses too. (Oh hey! You bought the aero from me!)

Cluster lights not working but the thing is that stop working at the same time both
When i turn the light on they dont work the front light they work but the back lights dont not even the brake light
They have bulb because i need to use the car so i made a switch for them so i could use it at night

its a fuse blown like said above or you have a peeled wire that is also grounded.

Already check the fuses

Already check the fuses
Why haven't you used a multimeter? All of our guesses are useless until you actually check power at the bulbs. No power means there is a problem farther up the wire somewhere. Grounds, connections, cuts can easily be eliminated by just checking with a multimeter for voltage.
