I just got a stock pignose lip this weekend from a freind, but it has a decent size crack on the corner. What can I use to fix it, and will hold up. I don't need it to be perfect, just not noticable from a distance.

there are different ways to do it depending on the crack

for some, you can use a plastic welder and heat both sides and stick em back together

SEM makes a product called plastic bumper repair. it comes in an epoxy tube and you basically glue both sides back. this stuff also works like a flexible bondo, so you can smooth it all out too

you can always frankenstein it back together by drilling holes and using zip ties (preferred method due to easy :naughtyd: )

anyone else have any opinions, I don't have access to anything for plastic welding, and zip ties will be a little more noticeable than I'd prefer.

stitch it with wire. my friend did it to his e30, now we call it scarface.

it doesn't get much easier than that man - the junk works like epoxy, yet stays flexible so the bumper doesn't shatter when you hit more stuff

the other big thing is what does the crack look like? is there a gap or do both sides meet perfectly?

do you have skillz with fiberglass, that is another option.

there really are several ways to go about this, however, all take a little work

One of the cracks come together tight, but the other is like a 4 way crack and they are close except where they meet its almost a dime size hole.

when i had that lip on my s13 it broke probably 8 times. the lip was actually in 3 diff pieces. i used drill and zip ties to rebuild it everytime. o yeah and a lot of black ductape. key is to not mount it on your car very firmly... incase of incident it just falls off instead of breaking.
