Got F**ked by company on Ebay, need help!

Bought a Bodykit from a Company on Ebay ( i live in Sweden) but after many turns, he tells me he cant deliver the kit since he had some problems with the guy that were supposed to make them. So he told me that i would get a refund instead.

The refund would take about 3-4 days to get back to my Paypal accoundt he told me. But still after a week i hadn´t got any money. so i mailed him and he answered: that he had been busy and would send me my money...

This was about 1 and 1,5 months ago and still havent got my refund and now
he doesent answer my mails!! So he still owns me 535 $ :bash:

Can anyone help me?? i Got all user info of the company.

I would be real real greatful if anyone could help me since i live in Sweden it´s not so easy for me.

report it through ebay. yourll get money back, but not the full amount, ebay will take some for helping. or report it through paypal and they'll help you, they also take a cut.

yes, report it to ebay's squaretrade and you'll eventually get some money back. IIRC you get up to $230 back from ebay. not the $535 but betta than nothing.

If you didnt wait over 30 days you could have filed a claim with paypal and you almost always get your money back that way. Talk to ebay about it. They can get you a portion of your money back.
