S15 sr20det misfire at idle.

Just swapped in the motor and at idle it misfires on cylinder 4. It's getting spark and fuel. The weird part is though that nearly anything above 25% throttle and it runs fine without any miss. I'm wondering maybe if it's a faulty coil pack harness or injector harness that doesn't have a good connection at idle but works fine under some kinda load.

Just wanting to get some .02 here. Spit balling ideas here.

Check compression , most likely a bent valve in that cylinder , had the same problem with my 4runner . Would only mis during idle

Or a bad injector. Or a bad coil pack. Or a bad spark plug. Or bad piston rings. There are lots of potential culprits, need to go through one by one and eliminate as many of them as possible.
