When you spin the input shaft, both outputs spin the same way.

it says 43M10 on it, and an orange sticker with 'Viscous LSD'

I don't know, that is a strange diff I have there.

38310-43M10 is the part number for the complete carrier assembly for certain diffs used in the R33 and R34, mostly paired with the RB25DET. The same part number is used in quite a few applications such as C35 and Y33 as well [1].

So what diff do you think?

That'd be a Q45 Diff

Q45 = Y33, But I just checked the bolt pattern illustrations of the Y33 applications and they do not have the same pattern as this particular diff. R33 half shafts do, some other applications may have the same half shafts as well. If you find a PN on the half shafts the application can be narrowed down somewhat. FAST suggests the following models but most of these have different half shafts:
C35
JHG50
R33
R34
S14
S15
WC34
FGY33
Y33
C34
G50
Y32

Also note that the diff model sometimes varies with options like 4WS and ABS. If I had to guess I would say it probably came out of an R33. The rear cover and half shafts vary by application so someone more knowledgeable about R33 parts may be able to say for sure.
