I have my '91 coupe that I've been trying to finish putting back together, stock motor spun a bearing, pulled it out, got a clean low mileage KA S14 motor 155psi across from Johnathon @ groundsperformance, decided to take it all undercarriage suspension off, stitch the chassis, paint it, gutted the rear subrame rubber bushings to replace with the PBM solids, changed out the steering column rubber bushing to a solid, and rack rubbers to PBM solids, basically I wanted a clean stock looking coupe, lowered stitched stiffened in every way locked or viscous diff and stock KA 5 speed to daily and drift on occasions... but, I can't find the time to get it all done. I've decided to make space and sell it as is to someone who will finish it right. Looking for a buyer that is willing to take the build as it sits and finish it from here. I have everything it needs to get it finished and running, only thing that's been holding me up is wanting to paint it properly including (engine bay, rear Subframe, and engine cross member) before assembling it back together. I'll just list what's all included that I can recall and if you have questions just ask. I'm sure I'll be adding items that I miss as the thread goes along. Let me just get to the list from here...
-Chassis '91 Coupe SE: (Clean Title) White Fully stitched engine bay inside and out of wheel wells, stitched rear wheel wells (refer to pics) (done right stitching with a mig properly cleaned, spot welded, cleaned welds again, and primered), very clean and straight body, very minor dings as usual. Interior all intact tan color, moonroof, power doors and windows, CD player, aftermarket speakers, HUD, and more.
-I have done a full 5 speed conversion but took the pedals back off after test fitting for paint reasons. I have everything needed for the 5 Speed setup including KA 5 Speed transmission, steel braided line assembly, clutch master cylinder, brand new clutch and light flywheel already assembled on the new KA motor planned on dropping in, Brake and Clutch pedals, Clutch master Cylinder holes drilled out and test fitted with pedal, 5 speed center console, so on ... all of it.
-KA24DE motor: S14 type or 2nd gen I guess low mileage 155 psi across
-Brand new Nissan Water Pump installed
-Brand new Aimco clutch kit: lightweight flywheel, new Nissan flywheel bolts installed
-Merging the 13 and 14 halfs of the intake manifolds to work on the S14 KADE in the 13 chassis, I have both plenums included
-Block off EGR plate installed
-Solid motor and transmission mounts
-APexi GT-Spec catback (1-piece) exhaust. The one piece were discontinued a few years back due to massive size and length. They are only sold as a 2 piece now. ... rare bread.
-SR20 Megan Downpipe brand new I planned on welding new flange to work with KA type headers.
-Megan straight pipe (cat replacement)
-Upgraded exhaust hanger bughings (forgot the brand... they're blue and a lot stiffer than the stock crap)
-Nismo power brace
-PBM Solid rear subframe spacers brand new still
-Stock rear subframe degreased bushings fully removed and ready for paint or straight install.
-PBM Solid Steering rack bushings brand new still
-Solid Steering column bushing already installed... brand new still
-Cusco front and rear strut braces
-Suspension technique Sway bars front and rear
-Tein tension rods
-Kazama tie rods inner and outers
-Battle Version RUCA
-Battle Version Toe rods
-JIC forward Link Rods
-Welded Stock diff
-stock shocks and springs (Sold my Pro PBM)
-Z32 front brake calipers brand new rebuilt painted black
-Slotted front rotors
-Brand new front brake pads ceramic (Japanese brand forgot the name but paid a hefty penny for em, they're green in color)
-5 lug conversion all around
-30mm bolt on spacers on the rears
-Rear Z32 brake calipers brand new rebuilt (never installed due to e-brake cables conversion still in need or was thinking of a rear dual caliper setup)
-All stock harnesses intact just relocated the fronts to tuck higher in wheel well for tire rubbing reasons...
-a set of 18" wheelsare included with 2 brand new lo pro tires, other 2 are trashed don't know the wheel brand but I'll check when I get a chance
-a set of stock s14 5 lug wheels and tires
-limo tint all around
-stock radiator and all components to get it running
-All A/C components are boxed and ready for install
-every bolt, nut, screw and washer taken off has been bagged and tagged! So no frustration in putting everything back together.
Much more I can't think of, I'll update as I go along.
Asking Price is $4000
I'll put up some pics and keep adding as I go thru all my albums.
Here's a slideshow link for now till I find the time to put each link on here.
