I want to ask if someone have this problem before I know these engine are known of having lifters problems I think this is what I can hear it only happened from 1500-2000 rpm with a little throttle. Sound coming from the intake side no is not a rod knock I just build the bottom end I will post a video soon I just need to know if is anyway to know which lifter is the bad one.

No for sure way to tell which lifter it is with out getting into it. Did you bleed the lifters after building the bottom end? You could pull the valve cover off and press down on each rocker arm to see if any of the lifters have went soft

Yeah I bleed them but that didn't fix the noise I was thinking it would

The hydrolic lifters are notorious for going bad especially if you did not store them upright in oil when having them out of the head. In the manual pdf they show how to push in the center at the top and drain them while submerged in oil so they suck in oil fully. Sometimes this function can freeze and the lifter is completely dead.

Like mentioned above, pull the valve cover and wiggle the rockers to test which is loose.

Or solve all your issues and go solid lifters like I did.
I can send you the shim calculator that will tell you the size shim you need after you measure all the gaps with feeler gauges.

I did but I didn't notice anything wrong if you talking about wiggle them sideways they all wiggle and I did pump them in oil to get all the air out before I put them in. I'm not 100 % sure is the lifter but the bottom end is new with wiseco and eagle rods with ACL bearings and the crankshaft was measured and polished before install so I discard a spun bearing I been using the car like this it only sound about 2-2.5K rpm with little throttle almost none

Its difficult for me to tell because I have had solid lifters so long.
But it sounds like it has a flat lifter. Which makes the rocket arm loose and rattle. Of you foot have rocket arm stoppers on it, I would put them on for safety till you figure it out so you don't throw a rocket arm if it is a lifter. You can get a set from Freddy for about $60.

Better to be safe than sorry. I run then with solid lifters fur the same reason. Safety.
