So here's the damage...metal in oil, worn cams, and crankshaft welded to #3 rod bearing. Basically everything was purchased new and has 30 miles on it, but a lot of stuff suffered damage of some sort. The parts that I feel are definitely useable:
Forged Wiseco 86.5mm pistons. 9:1 Ratio (Rings and Wrist Pins are Fine)
Eagle H Beam Connecting Rods (3) One is toast...as you can see
Cosworth Metal Headgasket 1.5mm
Crank Scraper
Brian Crower Springs and Retainers
ARP headstuds and nuts.
Any part of the motor that oil doesn't affect(let me know what you need)

These Parts that may be saveable/reusable.
Jim Wolfe S3 cams(ground down a bit)
OEM Hydraulic Lifters
Block and Main Caps. Bored to 86.5, Cylinders aren't scored. Will need a new crank however.
Cylinder head has Competition Valve Job done by hunts machine. see bill here
OEM Timing Chain and sprockets.
S14 Timing Cover

Other Parts I am selling:
M spec intercooler core (never used, 4 years old) No piping
Z32 MAf with a pigtail( I have like 2 or 3 real nice ones.)
