350z rear sub frame headlights 350z seats suspension parts and work meister lips

selling 4 oem work, work meister s1 3 piece lips. Specs are 3 inch and 2 1/2 inch lips they are not bent slight rash on one lip but can be buffed out. Lips need a polish but in good shape offer me money they go for around 376 a lip plus 3 month waiting period. But offer me i need them gone asap
