Am I able to use an S14 MAF on my S13 SR?

Stock ka maf, I wouldn't suggest it. S14 SR MAF, yes... But if you are needing a maf that will work with an SR, I have a z32 maf for sale.

No. You cant.
MAF is dependent on the ECU and engine type.
like the poster above me said, just get an z32 MAF and an Apexi SAFC II (or one of your on a budget). SAFC II = Special Air Fuel Controller. It takes the readings from your MAF and converts them to a reading that matches the ECU and wont make your car run super rich.
The reason I recommend the Z32 conversion is that it is easier to source the MAF when you need a new one....SR mafs can be pricey for an old one that might fail rather quick. You can get a re-manufactured Z32 MAF from Autozone with a no-questions-asked warranty. If it fails they order you a new one. When your SR MAF fails your digging through eBay and the depths of the internet and posting WTB adds all over zilvia and waiting for days.

S13 KA24E single cam MAF, yes.
but i suggest going N60 MAF route.
