with the rb, you usually get the crossmember too. the only pros i would see from a clip are body panels, and the parts to do a pointless right hand drive conversion... other than that motorsets do just fine. don't waiste the extra money.

buying a clip lets you see the history of the vehicle, gives you an idea of what it went through BEFORE you decide to cut and paste that fine "mystery motor and transmission" into your precious vehicle. this is why i got a clip and not a motor set.

It also depends on who your buying from. Im getting an SR20 motorset instead of a clip because for one, shipping is cheaper, and two, my brother is buying it and i trust him. :D I guess its up to you, i would get a clip if i dont trust the place im buying from, i would get a motorset if i trust them.

I would have to say it depnds on your situation. A clip is better if you need everything for a complete swap and it is time saving because you wont have to llok for parts and stuff. A motorset is beneficial if you dont have time to pull two motors or hte space to store it. If you have someone local also that you can easily obtain parts from motorsets arent bad, but for a smooth swap a clip is the way to go.
