been starting to be able to save money for parts, and i want to start with this bumpy ass ride.
i've noticed one of my sway bar brackets has came off on the left side. I'm riding on kts 8k/6k with tein springs, i've also got tein tension rods, the rest is pretty stock. got some really low profile federal tires, on RH Evolution C3 wheels they are 18x8 and fit 5x100 and 5x112. roughly 19 inch rims. maybe some of the bushings are old, or the sway bar needs that bracket?
does anyone know how to adjust the kts coil overs?

im going to politely respond to your questions then lock this thread because you more than likely dont have a flame suit, your questions sound borderline trolling and your rear end will be in pain after a few posts if i allow this to stay open....
your car rides bumpy because you have coilovers. coilovers ride a lot harder than OEM suspension due to much much higher spring rates and dampers that build pressure much faster. your wheels are actually 5x114.3 as neither 5x100 or 5x112 fit the 240sx. if you have 19 inch rims, you should consider selling them and getting 17 or 18 inch wheels as 19 inch rims are horrible on any S-Chassis. of course your bushings are old, you drive a 240sx. these cars have not been cared for over the years and require a lot of maintenance! i would highly suggest fixing your sway bar bracket as you are really running the risk of a major catastrophe happening that will endanger not only yourself, but other drivers around you! you can buy brand new and upgraded sway bar brackets from FRSport.com for around $80 a set that come with polyurethane bushings instead of rubber.
if you are looking for a "comfortable" ride, the 240sx is not for you. there are damper/spring combinations that would probably make things better on how the car rides, but they dont allow for height adjustment. the 240sx requires a lot of money to restore and every bushing in the car needs to be replaced when you first purchase it. replacing your bushings will only stiffin up the ride and remove suspension slop.
thank you for posting, your thread is now locked!
