Had this car for like 6 years, its been thru many motors. now its setup for V8

MOTOR HAS ROD KNOCK, SELLING/TRADING AS IS.
Will come with another ls1 long block that needs pistons rings at the least if the deal is right.

I need to move away from drifting for awhile so seeing if there is any interest in the car. if it doesnt sell ill just have a nw ls motor built.

buy this and throw a 5.3 5.7 6.0 whatever in it for cheap and be rolling.

willing to trade for a fun reliable car that i can cruize around town. wrx, evo, m3,350z, etc etc.

pretty much everything wiring and motor wise is all brand new parts. first ls1 i put in the car was a bad motor, then bought a junkyard ls1 for cheap and threw it in, rod knocked after a day of drifting. car was really fast and fun and ran really well.

car is full street legal as it sits now with brand new reg and inspection stickers.

What do you think caused the failure and then rod knock

Rod knock was caused by a leak in the oil catch can, I blocked off the ports and removed the can at an event, created to much crank case pressure, dumping oil from dipstick tube. By the time I got it sorted back out correctly I had lost to much oil and not replaced it with enough. The catch can is now fixed and added another breather to the motor for the next owner.

Really interested in trading this for a 350z
