the sr20 in that 350z looks photoshopped. just my opinion.
but the thing is it's not so....... i dunno where you want to go with that.

:ugh:
Some Supra race cars have 4 cylinder swaps(3S-GTE??) cause they are light and they only have to last for one race

I'm just a tiny bit more impressed with the Z33 that they stuffed an RB26DETT and the AWD from a 4-door G35 into. Then just for good measures they sent he up Pikes Peak. :rawk:
The 350Z one is very much photoshopped. The car has a different bumper in the 1st pic than the other two, also the position of the FMIC is different as well. The SR20DET just looks positioned way too wierd in the 1st pic anyway.
Chris Forsberg's 350z:

This is def not photoshopped. I've seen this with my own eyes.
Edit: Crap . . . looks like you need to register to carandmodel.com and search for chris forsberg's 350z . . . oh well

Your thinking of Battleground. Though it never was finished. They took out the motor of a new 350z, sold the motor, then bought a rb26 long block. The kid couldnt make the payments so it was repoed. Since it had no motor in it he is still making payments for the car which he now doesnt own. So you can imagine his credit now.

Holy Shit are you kidding me??!! :smash: :axe:
Like someone already said, that car belongs to chris forsberg, i believe he drives for motorex currently.
Edit:, I see what you're talkign about with the different bummper and ic setup, but all that means is that the pictures were taken at different times, he obviously changed the setup a little in between.

i mean its been done. signal has a 350Z with a SR. that was actually the picture i was expecting. and theres a G35 with SR that ive seen on a board. just dont remember which board it was and searching "SR20 G35 or 350Z" doesnt seem to help.

Alright, I just saw the different pictures and they didn't really match up so jumped to conclusions... Plus at that angle it does look kinda artificial.

if you guys are having troulble viewing the carandmodel pics, you don't need to register. Just copy the URL and put it into a new browser. if it still shows the carandmodel logo, just reload that window.

"Some Supra race cars have 4 cylinder swaps(3S-GTE??) cause they are light and they only have to last for one race"
All of the Supras in the JGTCC have 3SGTE motors and about 500bhp. They move them about a foot back into the firewall. The Supras that ran at LeMans were all 3SGTEs also, one of them finished all 24 hours. They are one of the best turbo motors to date...Rod Millens 1000 bhp Celica Pikes Peak car or the IMSA GTP Toyota motor with 750 bhp. Its very light and very strong.

ok here is the skinny back in nj... with dgtrials crew... he bought the 350... bought ati procharger with intercooler, jic flta2's and a vertex body kit...
in sema... during the bfg show in vegas. he was drifting with signal auto.. and at that time.. his jic's blew out after only a few months mid drift all 4.. and his car crashed into a wall.. he then popped his motor on th same day... who said that drifting was easy. Hehehe.. well he swapped a sr in kept the vertex for a bit.. then moved on to the ... C-west and drifted with motorex instead=)

Exactly, and those Supras are bad ass! 3SGTE is an awsome motor. I love MR2's and the such. one of the strongest motors ever built.

Where'd the Signal stickers go? Well Signal USA got a little uh weird lets just say that. So we took the stickers to the dumpster! HAhaha.
MotoRex seems a lot cooler as far as "sponsorship" except for some hella gay Loius Vitton seat cushions they want to run!
Anyways, the important thing is Tony and Chris built the whole car and swapped it all themselves. So Chris's money and time and effort is into the car. Right now, sponsors are paying for transporting and entry and stuff like that. Its not liek SIGNAL did the swap for him, so why drive for them if they get all psycho? Same thing goes for anyone else... if shit gets wierd, hey its his car, he can go somewhere else.
