Keeping quiet

I'm going to put some new speakers and head unit in my hatch. has anyone used or uses dynamat? If so, is it worth buying?

It's great for rattles. My rear deck would buzz with the low notes. It's heavy thou so use only on the surfaces that are acting up.

Metra's Tsunami is a great knock off of it. There are other brands too. Dynamatt smells and they charge to much.

i've found substitute from homedepot and they are damn cheap compare to dynamat
