240 I saw last night

I wish i took pictures..... this kid in Lively where I live bought a junker 240, older one like 88 or 89 and kind of rebuilt it...I told him about this site and he might be on soon...its painted blue and he has the SOHC engine with a turbo custom fitted from a dodge daytona and it looks pretty clean.....although it has no intercooler or BOV....like....isnt that wrong??

hopefully well meet him soon..i was very puzzled at the setup
