I have a SR swap in my 92, I put a exedy stage 2 clutch in while doing my swap, for some reason I cant get the clutch pedal off the floor after bleeding it. I have no air in the slave cylinder and no air in the little box. No matter what I try I cant get the clutch pedal to function properly. I have searched and read everything I could but I still cant come up with any results. It doesnt seem like the piston inside the slave cylinder is moving enough. I have tried to adjust the clutch pedal. Where should I go from here?

I'm almost in the same position as you are, except I'm using a Exedy Stage 1. Anyway, I fixed this problem last night. The piston the slave cylinder wasn't really functioning as well as I thought it should, because it was barely moving about a quarter of an inch. I searched on zilvia and eventually found this thread:

Scroll down to about halfway, and read "nrcooled" how-to on removing the clutch dampner (the little box).

I bled my clutch line for hours and there was no air. So I decided to do this right before I'd go to the auto store to replace my MC/SC. After following the steps, i started to bleed the lines again, and eventually all the air came out, and my clutch now retracts. GO FOR IT!!
