Check your dwell time and your plug gaps.

What is the dwell time should look like

Dwell time is how long the coil packs are basically loading up with energy before releasing it as energy or voltage down the coil pack tunnel and onto the spark plug (simple man explanation? I tired) You can adjust dwell time under the ignition settings section in the AEM EMS also check the settings under coil/ingn tab that is along the top of the tool bar when logged in as well.
ALSO make sure to redo the timing synch wizard and the tps wizard when it's all buttoned up again after installing the CAS wheel. You might need to play around with the CAS a bit loosened up to get it to fire then go from there on synching and getting it all running via the setup wizards and menus.
And as an aside...next time just get a Haltech haha. Personal preference...

So to up this as I'm still having issues with it. I have not came across this before but I notice after messing around with it that timing does not stay where it's suppose to be. If I put a lock on it say 25 degrees it will stay there at idle n go up as rpm increase. So in high Rpms it's like 60 degrees of timing. Aem engineers haven't found a solution either but wanted to see have anyone had this issue.

so i got my ecu back. AEM says theres nothing wrong with it but of course they just dont know why its not working. so i started messing around in they and played with the dwell settings and brought it down to .32. yes read right .32ms. that finally got my car to stop timing drift. WTF is going on with this???? no one including AEM has any idea about why are how to fix it. This is with stock RB25 Series 2 coils.
