Here's quick story. I have a 97 s14 had to swap in a 95 KA. Got everything bolted up other than the 2nd o2 sensor but everything is plugged in that needed to be plugged in. The car drove for 2 days perfectly fine. Then the next day one cylinder stop working. Found it was cylinder #2.

Things that I have done:
Change new spark plugs, cap and rotor
Check and swap fuel injectors
Check and swap around spark plugs wires
The checks I would pull out the spark plug wire out of #1 and #2 to see if there was any change. Nothing would change when pulling #2 and #1 would change.

compression test came out to
#1 - 185
#2 - 187
#3 - 171
#4 - 177

Next test gonna do tomorrow is to check if there is spark going to #2.
I guess I'm gonna go look at the harness to make sure there nothing wrong on the ecu side. I've also which around ecu to see if it was the ecu and nothing.

Anyone else have any ideas? Thanks.

Worst case scenario would be a bent valve! Or leaking valve seal, will cause oil in the cylinder thus creating a misfire.

You're compression checked out good, so that's good news. That means you're piston rings should be good.

I would check that wiring from cylinder 2 first.

Cross you're fingers and hope it's not a valve.

Thanks for the opinion. Yeahs that's what I'm thinking too.

Found it. It was my wiring. I just went to my ecu gave the wire some slack and it runs perfectly again.
