Braking problems

i have a sr20. i just changed my rear rotors and pads.. however now when i am driving my car feels like it is brake boosting when i am not even on the brake i could be doing 35 and it feels like i am brake boosting the whole way and i am not even on the brake.. how do i fix this problem?

Either a piston is seized, or you need to readjust the e-brake handle.
