hey whats up everyone im trying to make a kill switch that kills all the power to the car (alternator and batterie) ive asked a few people around here and they said it wont work with a 2 terminal switch and needs be have atleast 3 terminals to hook up the batterie and alternator and ground to....now that all sounds easy and just about right but im having the hardest time finding a kill switch with 3 terminals or more in my area....so my ? is can it be done on 2 terminals? or will it blow the alternator?

thanks

why not just wire one to the fuel pump that way it just cranks but wont start. a simple switch can accomplish that

From the sounds of it he is working on a kill switch for racing, cutting the fuel pump alone will not satisfy that requirement. Also why would you put it outside the car if you wanted to have another security feature?
