WTB: sr valve cover T fitting, rubber intake, stock s13 SR maf

Like the title says.

1) Looking for stock SR maf (not sohc).
2) Rubber intake tube from maf to turbo
3) The T fitting that goes into the valve cover on an s13 SR.
