T-3 flange, Dual Ball Bearing, .82 A/R, 4 Bolt GT 3.0" Discharge Flange, no waste gate- made for external waste gate, (4" Inlet, 2.5" Outlet).

great price considering brand new 2871's are going for 12-1400 bucks.
