Van nuy kouki location need help

Hi, I am located in Norcal and I am interested in purchasing this 98 kouki located in Van nuy CA. Was wondering if anyone is near that have experience in 240sx can help me as the car is not put together but have all required parts. I need someone with experience help me install front bumper and headlights so I can drive it home I can reimburse you. let me know if you are in the location and have experience with installing a jdm front bumper to kouki.
