S14 5 lug hubs and freshly turned rear rotors!!!

So I was going to 5 lug swap my Zenki but am deciding to sell the car as tax time is right around corner and I'm just gonna start flipping cars again to make some money for a bit. Hubs are in good shape rotors I paid 50$ plus tax to have them turned. Asking 300$ for everything! Super deal and doubt will last long at all.
