Cleaning out the garage, not positive on exact measurements but it's normal JDM flag size, approx 70" x 24". Has eyelets for easy mounting.
In good condition, if anything just light dust from being in an enclosed garage. There are some slight dirt marks (which show on the white portion of the letters), which could possibly be spot cleaned, haven't tried.
