I'm not looking to gain any power from an aftermarket exhaust manifold. I'm simply just trying to tidy up the engine bay is all.

What I'm wondering is: between the after market headers available for the KA24DE which one has the best fitment? (91-94 in this case)

I'm looking at either 4-2-1 (OBX and DC Sports) or 4-1 (Pacesetters).

The only reason I ask is that I've installed the OBX 4-2-1 on my last 95' 240SX and it didn't line up quite right as I had to pull the cat over some 1.5 inches for it to bolt up, putting stress on the exhaust hangers. Possibly the OBX 4-2-1 may have better success in the S13 chassis.

DC sports.

I had a obx manifold on my S14 when i was N/A and fitment was pretty bad. EGR pipe didnt line up properly and it didnt line up very well on the rest of the exhaust. Swapped to the DC sports piece and everything lined up properly with no issues.

Might as well save up a bit and get the legit header.

^ exactly.

buddy has obx, stainless steel headers sound terrible in my opinion but the cold power gains are nice.
I have DC sports in my 13 sounds great cold/hot and has good mid range response gains.

stock, DC, or some custom ish.

i used a 1pc 4-2-1 header. ebay it was like 108, good replacement for the oem manifold if you do not have one. I only bought it due to not getting a manifold with my ka24de engine and trans.
