hey all
my friend works at a honda dealership and got me some free brand new accord coupe sideskirts.
he has like 4 sets of them, and if you cut 8 inches out of the front of them and tuck them under the mudflap moulding, they almost fit perfectly. Its going to be slightly mcguyver to bolt them on but theyre going to look nice, and more importantly for me, protect the underside of my rockerpanels from salt and sand in the winter
ill have pics up in the next week or so, and if anyone is interested i can get them a set of these skirts for relatively cheap

:ughug: dude the only problem is it doesnt protect too much... often it is worst, the salt and sand would get trapped between the body and the skirt and the salt just sits there... but it collects moisture.. so often people take off the skirts and it looks like crap.......
just a heads up!

Humm I might be interested, I would like to see a pic of it lined up on the car, also If it looks good with a Zenki Front lip I might consiter them
Because you’re posts don’t help anything. For all you guys know the sideskirts could look good, so why bash someone with a simple question. I’m sick of pointless posts, and I will delete them whenever, if it becomes a problem then Ill ban them. Its not hard to add something constructive.

they arent that aggressive looking.. thing is they arent going to be more than about half an inch lower than stock although it will dress up that area of the car nicely. Ill likely ressurrect this post when im finished the install. I am waiting to have a friend who can weld cut the bottoms off the current rockerpanels and weld new plate steel in place since theyre rusty. these new skirts will cover everything. Its not going to fit PERFECTLY but damn damn good, especially for the price. I love free / cheap bling.

Definately interesting. I like some sideskirts to go with my zenkei bumper and lip as well....
