So I thought my water pump seized, turns out it was frozen because the jackass before me ran straight water in the rad. I discovered on a warm day the pump turns and it had just froze. I discovered this after I took off the intake and the fan. My dad had the bright idea to start the car without the intake to heat up the block, I wasn't thinking and did it. It went into limp mode but I figured no biggie because the intake isn't on. Then after draining the rad, we discovered a tear in the rad hose so we replaced all the hoses and put everything back together. The car would barely idle and wouldn't rev over 2500 rpm. I got fed up, closed the hood, and tried starting it one more time. Now it won't start. I have no clue what I could've fucked up. Any help or ideas are very appreciated. I also noticed the top little hose on some sort of pump on the driver side front of the car is missing the plastic piece where the hose goes.

2500rpm would make me automatically say the Maf is not hooked up or is bad.

Yeah thats what im thinking but im not sure. I cleaned the maf with maf cleaner, changed the air filter, secured all connections, made sure all the hoses were hooked up right and still nothing. On the initial startup sometimes it'll rev to about 4-4.5k but thats it. It's not throwing a cel and i dont have an obd1 scanner so i dont know my next step is to just take it to a shop near me in rockaway nj that specializes on Hondas and Nissans.
