Time and Date: Saturday the 7th - 7:00 PM till whenever
Volunteers will be directing traffic to the back lot first, then we will begin to fill the second lot, continue to the 3rd and pending on how many people, we can of course continue up the street.
Law Enforcement: Local Law enforcement has been briefed and informed. They will be coming in and out checking up and helping where they can. As long as people keep the debauchery to a minimum (no burn outs, two stepping, anti-lagging, etc) we will have no problems. Please do not be “That Guy” or “That Girl” who ruins everyone's good time.
Stickers: “No gimmicks window tint” will be selling stickers at $6 a piece. All profit will be donated to charity. They will most likely be in a bright pink toyota 4runner parked close by the shop.
Drinking: I think this goes without saying. Drinking + Cars = Bad. Please do not drink. ESPECIALLY DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.
Food: Three food trucks have agreed to come. We typically grill during meets, but given the size, we clearly can’t maintain that model. PhoWheels, Urban Bumpkin BBQ and La Tingeria will be on site.
Dyno: Dyno list is first come first serve. We’ve tried sign up lists in the past, but we typically end up spending half the time looking for the next person on the list. There will be a whiteboard by the dyno where we will be taking names. Find someone in a ISP shirt if you want to sign up. Again, all proceeds will be donated to charity.
Bathrooms: ISP has ordered port-o-pottys to accommodate the large crowd. Use them if you have to go to the bathroom.
This is for charity and to remember an automotive icon who was a big influence on a lot of us growing up. His movies helped breathe new life into a culture and community that was otherwise unknown to a lot of us as kids. The same community we are all a part of. Be cool to everyone, enjoy yourselves, and we’ll see everyone saturday.
