WANTED: S13 Hatch

Alright guys, I'm looking for a s13 hatch back. Must be rust free, 5 speed, and mileage under 170k. I'd love to find one with a sr20 swap or even a rb20 if possible. I don't want your beat shit 200+k mile car. I'm looking for a clean s13 to start my rocket bunny project.

I'm looking to spend around 3-4000. I can possibly go more for the right car.

P.S. The closer to michigan the better but i can travel.
