FS/FT: JDM 1989 Nissan S13 240sx SR20 CARBON FULLY modified 25k+ Invested!

Up for Sale is my 1989 S13 It is completely modified. Everything in this car has been touched and replaced with higher quality parts. The car was built back in 2006 and was driven and enjoyed until 2010 when the previous owner was no longer able to drive it. The car sat in storage until 2012 when I picked it up and brought it back to its former condition. This car was always adult owned and built by the owner of a prominent s13 shop. I worked on this car probably more then my own. She gets taken care of really well, oil changes and spark plugs every 2k miles Unfortunately I have too many cars and I am trying to buy a home so I need to downsize. I drive this car rarely mostly as a weekend driver it competed in one drift event in 2013. It is street legal and a blast to drive there are many rare parts on it. The Mod list is as follows.

The bad-
1. I sold the diff to a friend so the car is currently running on a stock differential...
2. The Front control arm bushings could be replaced starting to feel a very little bit of play
3. No A/C..... Duh
4. Front bumper lip a little beat up from rock chips on road
