I got a 1992 hatch KA24DE
Just done a timing chain replacement and timed as needed by FSM
However, I put the dizzy in as it should be and start the car...trying to adjust the timing with dizzy, I retard the timing as far as it goes. Dizzy sitting all the way at the wall and can't turn any further to the right, but timing is between the mark before the last and the last.
I took dizzy out and brought it back a tooth and noticed that the timing mark that I'm suppose to be at is now too far away from the timing needle, about 2 or 3 inches before the needle. :?
I tried messing with Idle Speed Screw, but that didn't fix anything besides bringing up or down my rpm.
I know for a fact that I installed all the parts correctly cause I had checked it a zillion times, matched it with pics, read the fsm step by step and everything checked out perfectly.
Anyone have any suggestions on what else I can look into? :tinhat:
