Ok so I did a head gasket on my KA and the I'm 99% positive my timing is right and when I fired it up my car started dumping fuel. I had fuel spitting out of the headers gasket and the test pipe gasket and a huge puddle at the end of the muffler and I have no clue what it is. Any ideas?

I'm thinking it's my fuel pressure regulator. And I have a 94 dual cam in my s13

Check your injectors

My injectors are almost brand new. I replaced my stock fuel rail when I did my head gasket because mine was bent but I got the fuel rail from some guy for free and it's been sitting for awhile so that's why I think the regulator is bad. But also what I think might be the problem is I did the timing 180 degrees off. If I did would that cause the problem?

if the car actually started the timing cant be 180 off, it would throw fuel but would not start if it was 180 off. injectors are your issue, the injector o rings are damaged or the injector itself.
