Looking for racing seats

Hi guys I'm looking for some racing seats for an s13. I want to be held in pretty good while taking hard turns and/or drifting. I'm 6'7 260lbs (yes I fit just fine). I've got a long torso and not so broad shoulders..

Seriously, 18 year old kid want "racing" seats? Skip that money to spend it on seat time at events and maintenance.

Remind me of a time some kid in a 400HP Turbo Honda with suspension and seats doing 2:36 on Auto Club Speedway. Gave him a ride on my THEN STOCK 15 year old suspension 240SX and hit 2:18 on the same course.

Depends on how much you want to spend. As mentions Sonic Motor has some great looking blank seats for the low low. You can also hit ebay and get some Bride Reps if your trying to end up in someone else's windshield if your car gets hits.. Cheapest route for FIA approved seats would be Corbeau.

On a serious note tho...I see you're in cali. Look on craigslist for used sparcos. Theres always a tonnnn in various conditions. And if youre lookong to be thrifty find a beat to shit one and either deal with it for a 'racing seat' or go down to the sparco warehouse right down in irvine and get a new cover.

Well I've been to the track several times. I just want something to hold me in correctly! This is a daily driver So I don't know how well those Kirkey seats would go

kirkey seats are wicked comfortable since they have a cloth and foam cover, which is also nice being removable because if you want extra padding anywhere or want to dry clean it you can.

that said i just test fit one in my s13 racecar before putting in the cage and they are tight in the s13, you can get a sparco for just as cheap and it will fit a little easier.

nothing wrong with being 18 and wanting buckets.

people on this site need to back off on the new guys. be happy there are 18 yr old kids still interested in this chassis, it will keep demand up for parts and development will continue on the chassis.

mmmm corbeau's I've owned a bunch of different ones and never dissapointed. Well maybe the fx1 pros because they suck to go on long drives in but I'm pretty sure they aren't for that.
