ahh...it's gonna be awful when i leave my 240...gonna miss that rear wheel drive and low end torque..but i have said enuff is enuff with the #### stalling problem, wierd idle all the time, timing chain recall, and the too much vibrating....and i'm gonna sell good ole silvia to this one kid...but in return i'm gonna go find me a 200SX a brother for my sentra..preferably a se-r if i can find one...but if not..it's back to Honda's for me...since everybody and there momma's can fix a 12 sec civic...then everyone and there grandma can fix a civic when it's broken...so so sad....

screw that! just make yourself an 11 second silvia and own all of the hondas. i don't have anything against honda, but for the 24 grand a type r integra costs, or even the 16k an '00 Civic Si, you can have a $2000 240sx with a $5000 S13 SR20DET and trans modded up to match the 15 to 20 grand the civic costs. you gt a LOT more for your money with a nissan, and they are cool cars! don't go to the other side, lol, there are too many! nissan's rock, and so does rwd hehe

even if u ain't gonna have the $ for a swap or turbo, the rwd will make up for it. sounds like ur car hasn't been running like it should, so maybe ya just forgot how r cars r supposed to be driven

I have nothing with Honda's My brother have one...But I will tell you this...Ifyou are trying to do a 12 sec. Honda you are most likely going to put a turbo on it...Its Really Hard to have a good stable car talk to people and you will understand what I am saying.

ha..got the forty back and it still ain't fix...but i had to rethink of my decision...and yeah i'm keepin the kid...haha...and you mis understood me about a 12 sec civic...i was just saying if anyone can build a 12 sec civic then everyone should be able to fix one when it's broke...can't give up that rear drive...just can't...

I agree. RWD is king. You're all gonna hate me for putting this big a pic up, but oh well. Look at that, though. Doesn't that look fun! [img src=http://dana.ucc.nau.edu/~mka/eleanorhaulingballs.jpg]

ive ehard alot about this idle prob lately and i have it or had it too. check your fuel filter or replace, check your air filter or replace, and dont run sh** gas, i switched back to 93 octane and after 200+ miles my car stopped doing the idle stallout thing. could be dirty fuel delivery system and the higher octane gas cleans it out since it does include cleaners in it already.

i've done all of that...replace fuel filter, spark plugs but not the wires, ran 92 octane one tankfull with a bottle of Techron Additive, adjusted my idle, bought a K&N air filter (not the cone type), still it only helps for a week or soo...this all started from me doing some crazy phat burnouts....after the 3rd burnout in a weeks time it started doing this...i've heard of the IAA valve...wonder if it's that...anyone who have knowledge about that let me know ASAP...i didn't do the fuel pump as they say that only replace the fuel pump if your car is totally dead...if i turn off my car when it does these wierd stalling/idle problem then it won't start unless you keep pumpin the gas pedal like crazy...then it will start and shake HORRIBLY!!!...this has been the only problem..i had....guess it's the only problem from a car ever that me and my dad attacked that we couldn't beat...too much things to look into..i don't even know where to start...fuel pump, IAA valve, MAS, ignition, fuel injectors, and fuel lines...too much...why can't i just pump gas in it and drive it like i use to....
