It's an 89 KA24E (sohc)
A couple days ago my car wouldn't start after driving around for an hour or so. It would crank but wouldn't ignite. All fuses check fine. I nudged the harness around and made sure the injectors were secured. It started up but barely. It's misfiring. I drove it away and noticed some slight power loss. And I almost stalled a few times between gears.. I took it home and checked each fuel injector individually and they're fine. I pull the spark plugs they're not too bad, but one of them was pretty black. I replace them with new ones anyway and started it up again. The car idles fine at first but after a minute it starts to pulse between 900rpm to 1200rpm up and down. It's never pulsed like that before. Anyone got some input with this?
I had my head machine checked a month ago, it's almost factory. So don't think it could be a valve problem. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!

Also, I checked my ecu codes just now and threw a code 13 for ECT Sensor. Anyone know what that is? Never heard of that. I think its a temp sensor right?

The code that u have is for the engine temperature sensor maybe disconnected or a broken wire. However the rough iddle doesn't have much to do whit the sensor, check for any vacuum leaks and make sure the iddle control valve is connected check. Coolant level. Too

I bought a new CTS just to cross that off my list. I'm going to replace the spark plug wires (current ones are of unknown origin), I've got new ones laying around anyway. I will check for vac leaks and report back tomorrow.

Bad CTS can actually cause rich condition and hard starts, replace it

My previous sohc ka had a similar problem, but not as bad. Changed out the temp sensor and it ran fine afterwards.
