Alright folks here it is. Having some issues along the way and can't afford to finish my build. My loss, your gain.
Nothing was wrong with the motor, I only took it apart to do a full build on it. Now I am out of space and money and other circumstances are forcing me to sell.

It is a complete motor swap, MINUS the turbo.
S14 SR20DET with Transmission.

Currently the head is taken off. Had it machined and cleaned and reassembled with the Brian Crower BC0200 Valve Springs/Retainers kit with Brian Crower Valves.
I have the receipt in HAND to prove it. All the head needs is new cams.

Nissan OEM Gasket Kit

Alternator

Power Steering pump

MAFS

Igniter Chip

Intake/Exhaust Manifold.

ECU

Upper and lower wire harness. Already wired to drop into an S13

The Block is still complete.

Transmission shifts great and has slightly used Exedy Stage 1 Clutch

For some reason I can't upload pictures at this moment. Will have some up ASAP.

Basically you just need to buy cams, and a turbo. And slap it all back together. Or build up the bottom end and the Reassemble and you will have a monster.

I do have the stock cams to go with it as well.

what is condition of bottom end and how many miles?

Sorry my bad I don't have the bottom end anymore.
Still have all accessories and the built head.

I got the stock exhaust and intake manifolds. No turbo lines.
