Free Money Sent to Me?????

ok heres the story some guy offers me 550 for some used kyb shocks.(yea i know they dont cost that much new)So he wanted me to ship them but i rather do pickup only, so I sold them to someone in my area for 400. So one day i come home from school and and i recieve a letter and its a check for 5500!!!! :eek: :eek: :eek: It so happens he sent an extra 4950 dollars(would be nice for my car)But that god damn karma man...... Yea so ive been looking at this check for hours and damn, i really need this money. But damn.......One more thing is who the fuc sends checks to people and they havent contacted them bac god damnit!!!!Damn i want to keep this money :bash:

This of course is entirely based on the unlikely possibility that this guy even has 5500 dollars in his checking account, and considering that he's a fellow 240 owner, I'd say it's a highly unlikely possibility. I'd call it more of a fantasty...

It's one thing to overcharge somebody who's too stupid to know any better, but it's another thing to take someone's money and not give them anything in return... Then again if the check clears you could always buy him some new AGXs. Oh and invest in some martial arts training for yourself, because he's probably going to come kick your ass.

Martial arts will not protect him from bullets. I say contact this guy and give him back his check since you already sold the AGX. Peace of mind that you don't have someone hunting you down is better than a new set of whatever you were going to buy.

Even if he does have the money in the bank, I'm sure he's going to notice a huge amount missing... sure,maybe the check will pass and you get the money, but you're gonna be real paranoid while you keep/spend it :ugh:
