the list of mods goes on and on.. but to sum it up....
VH45DE (1994) with full upper end rebuild, new viton valve seals, new timing components, resurfaced heads, head gaskets..
new BGK laser BK6REIX iridiums (oem infiniti plugs)
8 brand new 370cc purple top injectors
brand new knock sensors, o2 sensors, coolant temp, temp gauge sensor
Xcessive motor mounts / trans mount / trans adapter
Z32 NA trans, with NA speed sensor (is spot on with my 240 gauge cluster). also has the Z33 shifter throw out bearing upgrade, along with nismo pilot bearing in the engine.
11 lb flywheel with Z32 TT stage 2 clutch
Full wiring plug and play swap for VH > S13
Z1 motorsports short shifter mounted in an xcessive Z32 shifter relocator
10.8 lb aluminum driveshaft
tri-Y headers, with dual high flow cats on a Y pipe that hook up to the stock exhaust location
3.5" intake with Pop charger and K&N cone filter
Alternator relocation bracket
SR20 power steering pump with a smaller pulley for clearance on the s13 and new belt
S13 > VH wiring harness, plug and play. you hook up the orange and grey plug under the hood, connect one battery +, and hook up the interior plug. done.
Compression on the engine was 130 across the board, minus cylinder 3, which was like 124. this was cold readings with no oil.
I have over $7,500 into getting this engine in the car purring like a kitten, replacing old coil packs, and doing hours and hours of diagnostics to figure out the stupid little problems that always come from swapping engines. this will definitely be an engine that will last another 100,000 + miles..
The engine is out and sitting in my garage. dont worry about waiting on shit, buy this, take it home, pull your ka, and start popping in the new pieces, and be done with it in a weekend.
Im also going to throw in a ISIS MBSE II exhaust.
