Hi,
- Only burn in exhaust when i release the accelerator (and in the arrive at traffic lights, when I stop completely, I forward a cloud of exhaust white smoke)

That's a big sign that it's your exhaust seal on the turbo. They usually blow out with such low miles when an oil restrictor isn't properly utilized.

All signs point to the oil leak being in the exhaust side. Take off the manifold and inspect the valve stems and exhaust housing. You'll find the leak relatively quickly

It does look like the valves in the first picture has build up. Before you assume it's the valve stem seals, do a leak down and compression test to ensure the problem is not in your piston rings. Also, inspect the turbo exhaust fins if you decide you need to take the manifold off.

I would definitely do a compression test, might be changing rings soon.
