Spec V seats in a 240??

Anyone tried or seen the new Spec seats in a 240? i know the 240 has the notorius hump under the seats and most aftermarket or other seats need new brackets. but i really like the spec seats, the silver and black not lava. i've sat in them and they're not bad. but i dont want to bother looking for any if they wont fit without a great deal of fabrication. thanks.

All seats need 240 specific brackets, just having sliders will do you no good. Fabrication is going to be involved but its not to difficult if the person knows his stuff. Its fairly easy to use the stock seat brackets and mount any seat on it with some slight modifications. Its harder to keep the seats low though.

thats what i thought. if i can find a pair, i could try a test fitment to see what needs to be done since my car is down right now. thanks for the info.
