So, I tore up my pfc cord, cause the brown wire was disconnected and made my commander freeze on the Apexi logo (I checked with Apexi and I do have the correct commander also). I failed to strip it and reattach it and now I decided to find the pinout and buy another 5 pin cord.

Now my problem is to figure out which colors goes to which pin on the other sidehttp://i362.photobucket.com/albums/oo63/Izento/20131006_125044_zps84d1e03d.jpg (http://s362.photobucket.com/user/Izento/media/20131006_125044_zps84d1e03d.jpg.html)

The colors from left to right on the commander are Black, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Brown.

I have asked Apexi for this information, but they don't even know.

Here's the evidence that my information is correct.

And lastly, the black cord is simply the cord which is stripped and wound all around all those other wires.

Then, buy two PS/2 6 pin cord and remove the bottom right pin (bottom right is according to how my picture looks if you were to face my writing the correct way).

PS/2 Ext. Cable Installation How To (http://www.banzai-racing.com/ps2_cable_install_how-to.htm)

Cut one of the cords up to see the colors and find out which color goes to which pin. Then, use the uncut wire and cut one end and solder to the commander according to the color codes and the picture I provided.

Enjoy fixing your broken cords.
