I have a 1995 s14 240sx. My tag lights won't work. Checked fuses under kick panel and the one for tail lamps is blown n I switched it witg my room lamp fuse and they still don't work
Any suggestions

Yes. I replaced them before I looked at anything else

The fuse could have blown, soon as you put it in. Did you put it back in the room lamp spot?
here's what you do if you did, put in another fuse, check the voltage on both sides of the fuse, then at the light socket. If there's power there with the lights switched on, the lights should work. If the fuse blows you have a short. check the voltage at the socket with the lights off. finding the short, if there's one should be fairly easy.
Are your running lights working? or is it just the tag lamps not working? Do the brake lights work?

if all else fails run a new line and an inline 10amp fuse and connect it to the taillight/driving light. MAKE SURE its the driving light not the brake otherwise it would just come on when you hit the brake.
